Itinerary and highlights
Visit the Mount of Beatitudes, overlooking the Sea of Galilee, the traditional site where Jesus delivered the Sermon on the Mount and taught the Beatitudes.
⛪ Tabgha — Church of the Primacy of Peter — the place where the risen Jesus appeared to His disciples and said to Peter, “Feed My sheep.”
We’ll visit the Church of the Primacy of Saint Peter, located right on the shore of the Sea of Galilee. According to Christian tradition, this is where the risen Jesus appeared to his disciples and asked Peter three times, “Do you love me?” We’ll see the rock known as Mensa Christi and explore the Gospel story connected with this special place.
Capernaum — Visit the ancient town known as the “Town of Jesus,” one of the main centers of His ministry in Galilee. Explore the ancient synagogue and the traditional site of Peter’s house.
Visit Nazareth, the town where Jesus grew up and spent most of His early life. We will visit the Church of the Annunciation, built over the traditional site where the Angel Gabriel announced to Mary that she would give birth to Jesus Christ.
